My appointment with Dr Sue Keneally was a very pleasant experience. I was quite nervous going into it but she was very reassuring and I felt listened to and understood and that my feelings were valid.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to identify the cause and required treatment incredibly quickly based on their experience.

Very friendly atmosphere.

A little far to get to, struggled to find a consultant nearer to me which is a shame, also the system was down when I arrived, but it didn't stop from me seeing the consultant.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nathalia Barreto. She was very professional, attentive and she was able to explain everything I needed in details in a way that made feel comfortable and reassured. I definitely recommend the clinic and Dr Nathalia and I will be using their services again.
