Dr O’Connell is a class act. Calm, supportive, empathetic and super-professional. When your brain is scrambled, she explains things in a user-friendly manner that gives you clear guidance on what you need to do. Her response times are also excellent which is so important. Highly recommend.

I’ve done dieting in the past, put myself through what I believed was calorie deficit and lost weight almost immediately, it was great but over the years it piled back on. Although the weight on the scale made me happy, I still wasn’t happy with how I looked, my strength or stamina. Over the last two years without realising, I was at my heaviest and wanted to make a lifestyle change. Danny eased me into training and highlighted the importance of consistency and gradually building strength. We didn’t cut out any food groups from my diet and even had Christmas / other social events to enjoy food in between yet still see results. Dr. Bazire is a great professional. He shows a lot of empathy and support towards his patients. He was so supportive during the program and after that. With his way of being, he makes you feel comfortable to talk about your struggles and to want to make life changes. I am more than thankful for his support and for the changes that i was able to do.

I was recently under the care of Dr Tsironis while recovering from abdominal surgery. His visits each morning kept me informed of how I was doing, but it was at the follow up appointment once I had been discharged that he really took the time to explain my condition to me. I asked endless questions and he really helped me to get a grasp on what had happened to me by showing diagrams of the anatomy, explaining to me so that I could understand. He put me at ease and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

Caroline shares up to date sciences findings, which is important to me; she also shares documents I can use and keep, to later on refer to if needed. Those dociments are on what she explained to me and helped me manage and stabilise my symptoms. after each session, I received a summary of what we had decided my next step would be Beyond her solid knowledge, Carolineis a lovely person, with whom it is very easy to communicate. I am so glad I have been working with her as it changes my daily life :)
