Caroline was superb. She provided me with the tools and confidence I needed to successfully adopt good habits, improve my overall knowledge of nutrition and achieve my weight loss goals. The zoom sessions were brilliant not only for holding me accountable but also for giving me a chance to reflect on what was going well and the challenges, and she helped me through the challenges in an enlightened and entirely non-judgemental manner. All in all I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking to loose weight or improve their eating habits in an effective, humane and sustainable way.

I cannot rate Monica highly enough. I approached Monica due to blood tests which severely put me on the Diabetic spectrum. Monica quickly assessed my condition liaised with my consultants and put a diet, and put together an exercise, which i am amazed, that in a matter of a few weeks has started to reverse my condition whereby my Blood Glucose HBA1C levels are returning to a normal state. Monica is so knowledgeable about my condition and what needed to be done, her explanations and directions were clear and precise. Monica arranged regular meetings to asses if we were on track and making positive progress. Monica thank you so much, I would have no hesitation in recommending you. Well done .

Florence has been treating my son for a while. He is now 17 and has autism, delayed development and learning difficulties. I take him to visit her clinic regularly and he has had a variety of therapies including sound training, retained reflex training, movement and balance work and nutritional therapy. There is no quick fix, but I can honestly say that my son is a changed person since he has been seeing Florence. His language and communication skills have improved massively, he has gained in confidence and he has become very accomplished in music and dance. Florence is such a lovely woman and my son thinks she is fantastic. At home when he doesn't want to eat something I've given him, I tell him that Florence would want him to eat it. And he says ok then, if she says it's good I'll eat it. I would recommend Florence to anyone with a child on the spectrum or with ADHD.

I had a successful programme with Tracey and it changed some of my eating habits and enhanced others. I had an additional bonus of weight loss and improved gut health. I also have the knowledge that my overall health is good and how to manage my diet, vitamins and supplements in the future. It has put me in a good position for the coming years.
