I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

Everything from my first arrival through to my final consultation with Dr Nijjer was first class. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, the staff are also warm and reassuring and Dr Nijjer was very professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and attentive. The appointment went ahead as scheduled. The various test results were explained to me. I was impressed by the thorough nature of the tests undertaken and the next steps were clear.
