Love working at queens court. Diana General Manager is always welcoming. Today i really enjoyed seeing everyone come in for the dementia seminar.

Curam have been very informative, pleasant, an quick at replying, from support messages, phone calls ect, great once care has been paid, you get a receipt promptly, which is great if you do auditing, very good platform, thank you to all of you, you all do a great job, and very passionate, patient, understanding, and empathy is something you can't learn, you have it or you don't, everyone I have had contact, have it.

My Dad was in a very unwell stage of Dementia and Parkinson's and came to Romford Care Home from the hospital. Since being at Romford Care Home as a family we have not had to worry about the level of care he receives. All staff are welcoming, friendly, kind, and honest about my dad's needs and situation and how they manage his high levels needs. We have every faith in Romford Care Home and how well they are meeting all my dad's needs.

How can I possibly describe how life changing Rehubs was for me in only a few words…. I was lost when I found Rehubs. To be completely honest, I thought I was past the point of no return. My family had given up on me - the endless fights, the threats, the lies… I had passed the threshold of ‘rock-bottom’ and in my mind, this perpetual darkness would forever be my life. And then I started on the programme. Don’t get me wrong, I was dubious at first… can you REALLY get better and change your life online? Well let me tell you - you can. The therapists made me feel so comfortable and at ease, the groups encouraged me to open up and work through my trauma, and seeing everyone participate and be so non-judgmental encouraged me to be honest, and really take a good look at WHY I was drinking in the first place. I am now in the aftercare programme and look forward to my Sunday sessions all week… I actually WANT to share my recovery wins and celebrate with the group and therapists that saw me throughout the entire process. Thank you doesn’t cover it but it’s a good start - so thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Rehubs. Thank you.

My sister has made amazing progress in the short time she has been with you. So much better than hospital. Staff are kind and friendly. Sometimes it is hard for us to communicate with staff. I sometimes have to wait a long time before my call is returned when I have a query. However the staff do an amazing job and have made her feel heard.
