Clean, friendly and receptionist are quick to see to you. One receptionist even went beyond her role to provide me with support and the support she sought was very effective and resolved the issue. Sadly I do not know her name. An improvement in the right direction would be not having mobile phones on some receptionists desks which they access and use.

When first walking in to spire London East, you can see that the hospital was clean. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them. I would recommend Spire London East to friends and family

Excellent people doing and excellent job. Can’t fault anyone or the facilities. The only part I’m not sure of is the next steps. Although I was told to expect another scan in 4 to 6 weeks but not sure what I should have done between time. Would I approach UCLH or my consultant at Mount Vernon. Thankfully too date everything is fine

I found the Spire Hospital to be very welcoming and efficient.

I was admitted to Spire Hospital for day surgery under a general anesthetic. Everyone I encountered during the day, from nursing staff to the porters wheeling me to theatre was very pleasant and thoroughly professional.

Very friendly staff, efficient and clean.

I’ve nothing to compare with, but at no point in the pre-assessment, main appointment or process for being admitted as a day case for my operation was there anything I felt could be improved.
