Very clean, friendly and efficient hospital. Seen on time on all occasions and staff in all areas I came into contact with were helpful and made me feel very relaxed.

Hospital allowed an appointment to be booked on 30th Jan then sent emails to confirm the appointment. But suddenly called a day or two before the appointment saying that the Doctor does not have sufficient appointments on the day that he would wait for me exclusively till the appointment time. So they said you tell me something in the coming weeks. Post MRI, I have neither heard from Hospital nor from the Doctor despite following up as to what is the issue and whether it is serious and requires follow up appointment or not. So overall poor experience

Extremely caring staff and I was impressed with the personal service from everyone who looked after me.

Good hospital and clean premises. Only gripe is that there is not very good wifi/mobile reception in the area.
