Well theirs the expectation that you should know where your going. Once up the lift no one to greet it’s very eerie feeling and very institutional going through the white corridors lacked art and colour no warmth it’s like al emotiveness is not there in that building

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

Very accommodating for any issues and willing to fit around different schedules.

It’s been an absolute relief to have contacted the Dementech Doctor. Josephine the secretary is incredibly helpful patient and provided all the information in due time, as well as assisting my inquiry of meeting with the psychiatrist Dr Ajoy Thachil, who made himself available for my consultation. To whom I greatly respect his diagnosis and plan for treatment. You are such a wonderful team and automatically wonderful humans experience. Thank you.
