The location was easy to walk to from Bond Street tube station. There was lift access for accessibility and clearly signposted. Aysha and Rebecca were friendly in the reception and offered us refreshments and we were seen shortly after. Dr Georgiana was warm and friendly and out us as ease as well as answered all our questions. Dr Marlow was so warm and friendly, he instantly built a good rapport and made us feel welcome. Her took his time to explain everything and really made us feel heard and understood. We really liked his manner and personality which was down to earth and approachable. He was very patient and tolerant and you could tell he was an expert with the way he pitched the information to suit his audience. When speaking to three child he adapted his language and when speaking to me, he was able to tell that I liked information so he met my needs by explaining things in more depth. We have had two wonderful experiences with Dr Marlow and his team and we are thankful that we chose recognition health as a result. Thank you

I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.
