I was feeling very anxious on my visit due to a sudden health scare..All the staff I encountered, from reception onwards , were calm and approachable, which helped to reassure me and also my daughter, who accompanied me. I’m very grateful for the experience I had with OSD. Thank you

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

From l arrived at the hospital until l left , the staff were so kind and couldn't do enough for me . Excellent service more like a hotel than a hospital. Thank you to everyone . X

Very helpful staff qnd very nice building. Waiting area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.

On arrival reception staff very attentive and efficient.
