The experience was fine.

A lovely place, easy to get to, parking accessible, clean & calm & cosy.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Good experience

Very friendly and explained all answers to my questions very clearly.

The whole experience was poor. No one could help me, after waiting nearly an hour. My appointment did not seem to have been booked. Not having my NHS number was a problem. People were coming and going and chatting whilst I was trying to concentrate on the eye test. I stopped the test & restarted once it calmed down. It was a shambles.

It was a great experience, with quick and easy access into the hospital and clear guidance on where to park and enter the hospital from.
