All as expected and appreciated

The hospital itself was great. Very clean and tidy. The receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming, but no complaints otherwise.

The practice was very efficient, everything ran on time and it was very clean. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Everyone has been friendly and efficient over the period of about two years now (I think) that I've been under treatment and then periodic evaluation after my cancers. Everyone has been sympathetic without being condescending, able to participate in humour, and invariably competent and efficient. I could not have asked for better.

Very good experience although much longer wait than anticipated. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful

The nursing staff were my rock before, during and after my surgery. They were helpful with pain management and on top of any possible concern.

What you would expect of a Harley Street clinic; high quality, efficient, friendly staff, well-established feel. Not overly expensive.
