Mr Kersey quickly put me at ease, and was very thorough in asking questions and in his examination of my eyes. His explanations of what he found and also the options for the way forward were very clear and helpful. I am relatively young to have cataracts and have always been scared of the optician especially the puffy puffer eye pressure machine. I had to go private as I was too scared to wait.
