The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment

Friendly staff, always efficient and welcoming.

All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall excellent regarding staff but I marked good twice because there was only one patient toilet and it felt embarrassing waiting outside the door in a busy corridor overlooked by the waiting room. Also, the floor had a lot of toilet paper scraps on it. Also, I found the waiting area to be a bit stressful as there were only uncomfortable banquette style seating. Personally, I prefer an individual chair and don't enjoy sitting right up close to other people.

Sarum Road is a great hospital, staff and facilities are amazing. Answered all my questions and looked after me very well. Post of care was also excellent, i was able to call into the ward with questions as i needed and was always treated with courtesy
