The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment

What a friendly and supportive centre GenesisCare Southampton is. I went in feeling anxious and unsure of what to expect and left not wanting to say goodbye to the team who had been there with me through an emotional period in my life.

A very enjoyable experience provided by some very professional, friendly and caring staff. You are ALL a great bunch and are a credit to GenesisCare! Sadly, I wish miss your kindness and friendship through a worrying time. I will especially will miss one person in particular, and I am sure that she knows who she is!! Very nice, clean hospital. Staff on reception were nice and so were the nurses that helped me with my pre-exams.

My experience at the Spire was very positive

Friendly staff, always efficient and welcoming.

All the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were dirty used cups all over the waiting area. Someone came with a trolley to clear the coffee machine area but left the dirty used cups on the tables for the duration of my visit - most odd.
