All of the staff at Nuffield health are friendly & caring. They attract the best consultants in the business. The hospital is relatively modern, spotlessly clean & very comfortable.

My experience at the Spire was very positive

I was very nervous and apprehensive for the first couple of appointments. Mainly because I didn't understand how the appointments would work being online and not face to face. Neil never rushed the appointments, he took his time to listen and to understand me and explain this process. I felt at ease and was able to speak openly and freely. I was able to ask questions and between us, we would agree a plan on how I could tackle certain scenarios. Neil would also provide useful and insightful information for me to look at which helped me understand why I was in pain. It was like piecing a jigsaw together. For the first time in a long time, I feel confident, happy, healthy and pain free. I now know that I am in control. This has been a very positive, empowering experience for me. I have now formed good, strong habits that will help me continue on my pain free journey. This type of treatment gets to the route cause, not just treating a symptom. I really hope that more people get access to this type of treatment. It's been a real game changer for me and I will always be very grateful to Neil for his help and support.
