The facilities were excellent and clean. Admissions procedures well communicated and efficient. Medical nursing and physio care was excellent. Post discharge support clearly communicated.

I have had a very good experience with MyAccess so far. The clinic responds to queries quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In future I would like to see the patient portal improved so that it had more information regarding prescriptions and products.

Highly recommend - felt like I was listened too and a through check completed of my daughter. Left feeling more knowledgeable and reassured than when we came in. Thank you

Great staff who supported adequately

I contacted Dementech Neurosciences regarding my son who was suffering from a neurological disorder. His condition worsened and he was developing new symptoms. I as a parent wanted help and a diagnosis for my son. Dementech Neurosciences was recommended by a family member, I was so glad of the recommendation as they were amazing. Josephine who I spoke to on the phone was brilliant, really nice really understanding actually listened to me and advised me what to do. I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.

Efficient welcome and reception , before guidance to waiting area. I was seen within a short time of my arrival. The nursing and reception staff were helpful and welcoming.The provision of refreshments was very welcome.
