I visited Dr Bernath after several years of a progressively worsening sleep problem (exceptionally early rising). I was coming to the end of a period of online CBT and sleep restriction therapy recommended by my GP which had been ineffective and left me more exhausted than before I started. Dr. Michael Rose is an amazing doctor who is truly invested in his patients’ health. His enthusiasm for his work is apparent from the moment you step into his office, making for a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. He payed close attention to detail and took into account a variety of factors when writing his reports for my work regarding my epilepsy.
