The reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is purely because I was not provided any information by the clinic regarding the procedure beforehand, despite requesting it. I had booked my appointment directly with the clinic, so I cannot blame this on Dr Indran Davagnanam, but it would be really helpful to have some information before the day of the procedure.
