I was apprehensive going into the meeting with Mr Wazait but his manner and approach made feel at ease. My condition was clearly explained to me and so was the way forward for treatment. I have found Mr Laniado to be knowledgeable, calm and extremely helpful. It is difficult, to state the obvious, when one is diagnosed with cancer. However, Mr L was able to provide accurate and clear information that allowed me to understand the process and the potential outcome. What he said would happen, happened and I continue to benefit from his expertise in monitoring my post operation progress.

Mr Cohens approach could not be faulted, he was kind and considerate following my illness "sepsis", he explained concisely how he intended to treat me, he spent a considerable time with me, he explained what he intended to do if the removal of the catheter did not function.
