HCA Hospital is always my preferred London clinic, as logistics are always smooth, as well as doctors and staff exceptional at their roles

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

Very little wait time and very efficient

The nurse had to go in search of a gynae tray which was strange when a gynae clinic was taking place on the first floor. Otherwise, I could not fault the care.

Very professional, efficient & personable

The nursing staff were my rock before, during and after my surgery. They were helpful with pain management and on top of any possible concern.

Very professional, as relaxed as a scan could be.
