Dr Mistry exceeded all my expectations. From my first visit I felt he genuinely has compassion for his patients. I was experiencing severe issues due to chronic insomnia. He made me feel at ease immediately and was very easy to talk to as well as being reassuring. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the most complex of sleep problems. I felt he was truly dedicated to help me and I had complete trust in his vast expertise and advice. I very much appreciated his services when I found myself needing additional support, he was always prompt at replying to my requests and arranging the support I needed to get me through some very difficult times, the advice given was invaluable. Dr Kathryn has helped me tremendously with some very difficult subject matters, she is very good at listening and it does not feels like she judges you for whatever you say.

Maria was always very supportive and easy to talk to. Her explanations of feelings and emotions were easy to understand, and the strategies were helpful. I never felt that what I gad to say was invalid or wrong and she was able to help Ms understand it was OK to feel like this.

Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

My experience with Dr Naseem has been nothing short of excellent. His manner and explanation kept me entirely at ease throughout and his after patient care is second to none. He developed an excellent rapport with me and has stayed in touch after to ensure I had no further questions or issues.

Dr. Barshall cares and takes her time and knowledge to understand medical issues. Her referrals to specialists are spot on as is her diagnosis. What more can a patient ask for?
