Professionnel but not the friendliest

Pleasant hospital with helpful staff

From the moment I walked into the hospital the staff was kind and caring. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Couldn’t wish for better experience.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

The staff were all approachable and friendly

older building than One Welbeck Street, but fully effective

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility
