Excellent - clean and friendly

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

It was a very good experience that I had at the hospital.

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionists and the nurses. There was construction going on every time we were visiting, which was a little noisy.

Very good experince with staff and grounds

I would like to praise Natasha. You will see on my record that I have had over 25 scans. I know what takes away my worries and helps me. Natasha's attitude and help to manage my worries and to listen to me made it easier. I would recommend that she shares her attitude approach to colleagues but also other scans in London. You all are leading this. Trust me as a patient with over 5 years of scans with you and Ch. Mews. Thank you.

Overall speaking, it’s a good place to visit when you seek private healthcare.

Very good, nice receptionists, thoough some delay with software

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.
