Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. Very nice staff and facilities

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks
