Held health have a lovely friendly team who understand the stress of modern day parenting children with special needs. They were happy to answer any questions and have been great with trying to get the school to recognise absences are due to health issues. Dr Crabb is very knowledgeable, caring and good with teens. I have recommended him to a friend who has also had a very positive experience with a different condition. They have a prescription delivery service so we haven't had to try to source adhd medicine unlike I have seen others struggling to fill prescriptions. Really can't thank them enough for making me feel supported where the NHS totally failed us

I felt the system is very medically safe. The consult with the doctor confirmed this as covering all safety areas and a letter has been sent to my GP. The ordering system is a bit clunky and did not happen automatically but again safety checks were made. I am pleased with the ability to do blood tests. I think there could be more guidance re lifestyle changes in tandem which I don’t need as am a fan of Fast 800 programme but not everyone is equipped to make the best food choices

I could not have been happier with this appointment. Never been before and will definitely go again. I only had a 15 min appointment so I rushed through what was wrong but the doctor took time to ask lots of questions and explain everything in detail. Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed.
