Excellent experience

Professionnel but not the friendliest

Hospital and medical staff, and consultants, were highly professional and eager to assist. Facilities modern and are conveniently located close to public transport.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.
