After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Mr Ramsey to anyone - he is extremely knowledgable and achieves incredible results with a very collaborative approach to take into account what the patient wants.

Miss Tang is a rare find, combining exceptional diagnostic and surgical skills along with a deeply caring and warm bedside manner. She made my whole experience from diagnosis to double mastectomy absolutely seamless with an outstanding surgical outcome! I would recommend Miss Tang without blinking. She is phenomenal.

Dr Blackburn is a very knowledgeable and experienced plastic surgeon. From day one he explained all procedures very clearly in a simple language and made sure I understood everything. He made himself available so I could contact him directly whenever I had any questions or worries and always responded promptly. He is kind and sympathetic. Very perfectionist and professional. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

This period is a haze. I put my trust in Mr Gosh by choice. If in a few years time I have to go through again I will be asking for Mr Gosh to be my surgeon.

I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.
