The whole experience from consultancy to operation was seamless and well informed. The operation was a total success and I was able to do most things after a week. Three weeks after the operation I was away on a golfing break. Mr Crook was attentive and considerate at all times. I would strongly recommend Mr Crook.

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

I have been very encouraged at each appointment. He explains everything very clearly, is friendly and easy to talk to. All the treatment has been 5* - both in the operating hospital (Orpington) and post op appointments (King's).

Having broken both wrists I felt myself to be in very safe hands with Mr Mathew who was meticulous in explaining the problems of my condition and what he planned to do to solve them. He was also very attentive about follow-up care and stressing the importance of physiotherapy
