Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The only minor comments I could make are that the control for the bed was a little impractical for the patient to use. I could see that effort had been put into making the food a better experience, and catering for a hospital is very difficult, that said nutrition is really important for recovery if anything further could be done.

I had a really positive experience. The whole process seemed effortless and my enquiry was taken seriously from the very beginning of me reaching out to Jaqueline (Personal Assistant)at the Phoenix Hospital Group.
