Great staff, facilities and care

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

Have been attending CCH for some years for various ailments and have never had an issue or concern.

Amazing staff and very clean waiting rooms for surgery. Overall experience was second to none. Will be a returning patient if ever necessary.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Really attentive staff, they did a superb job. We were given plenty of information and reassurance and the facilities were excellent.

Generally very good. Some staff wonderful and welcoming, others looked right through you — 50/50.
