At all stages I received first rate care and attentiveness from all staff with whom I interacted. It was particularly helpful to be given a verbal description of the lens replacement procedure beforehand so that there were no surprises. The surgery was entirely painless and the interactions with the consultant and other staff were supportive and calming. Benenden exhibits a happy, spacious, clean and happy environment which I'm sure benefits staff, patients and the statistics for positive outcomes of interventions. The follow-up 'phone call was timely, welcome and reassuring.
