Mr Alex Leo immediately set me at ease with his clear and direct explanations alongside a jovial and friendly attitude. He has been absolutely instrumental in helping my complex fistula problem, I could not be more grateful. Everything was done with the utmost care and he always had time for my extensive questions. He is evidently highly skilled and knowledgeable - the personable, honest, and clear communication made my experience even better.

On 19th of March 2024 Professor Vassilis Hadjianastassiou performed a procedure on the veins in my left leg. The results have been amazing! I no longer get any pain and I have started to go on long walks which I love. My leg looks so much better aesthetically which makes such difference to me. He was very approachable and explained everything very clearly beforehand including careful after care instructions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

A really positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and I was asked more than once if I had any questions which was very helpful. Nigel was really friendly and kind which put me at ease and he talked me through everything being done. Being able to get the procedure done so easily and quickly was wonderful. A big thank you to Nigel and the clinic.
