The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any of the staff. Finding my way to the private ward was confusing, having to go through the A&E reception and got lost in a maze of corridors.

An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.
