The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

Postive , professional experience with clear communication

The Wellington Hospital is s first class hospital. The staff from the surgeon to the receptionist and especially the nurses are very caring and knowledgeable. A very good experience which fills you with confidence that you are in capable hands. I had major heart surgery in the cardiac unit and have made a very quick recovery. I feel sure a large part of this is down to the individual attention given to you by the nursing staff.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any of the staff. Finding my way to the private ward was confusing, having to go through the A&E reception and got lost in a maze of corridors.
