They have gone way beyond in customer care, which has been both supportive and invaluable to our family. Directly calling the private hospital to help us expedite a necessary blood test and x-ray. As well as always being there if we had a question. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer care.

Mr Kazzaz is an excellent and professional surgeon, he has a lovely friendly manner and explained everything in detail that was easy for me and my family to understand, he is always available for any questions or concerns via his secretary, which are promptly answered.
