I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. Gus treated me for a case of Achilles Tendinopathy, and some anterior shin splints. I had been struggling to run comfortably for almost a year when I started seeing Gus. After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.

When visiting the UK from Australia I was in need of an Osteopath, I was recommended George. He was by far the best and most effective Osteopath I've ever seen. George was both professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to treat my problem within a couple of sessions. Cant rate highly enough!
