I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. It’s been two weeks now since my surgery and my knee feels amazing and I can’t thank Mr Trikha enough - you are a super star in my eyes.

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). Having contracted COVID-19, which subsequently led to the development of long COVID, I underwent weekly Perrin Technique sessions with Rakhee for several months.
