I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). I cannot thank Daniel enough, being a runner who has suffered with shin splints for years I never thought a) I would be rid of the dreaded pain, or b)I'd ever be able to train to run a marathon. However Daniel's skills and knowledge changed this, he built my confidence as a runner and helped me to believe hard things are possible.
