Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.

I can’t highly recommend London Gynaecology enough. I was extremely well looked after and felt at ease thanks to the high professionalism of the staff. Everything was explained clearly to me which gave me comfort, along with the friendliness of the staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
