My experience with Dr Jhajj has been transformative. I approached Dr Jhajj as I was struggling to lose weight, feeling stress and suffering from fatigue and lack of energy. I was encouraged by the non-judgemental approach and genuine interest in my all-round wellbeing. My first consultation with Dr Jhajj was very thorough and touched on aspects of my health and lifestyle that I had overlooked and which I hadn’t realised could be impacting weight loss, such as a lack of adequate sleep. This is a real benefit to having a longer consultation with such a caring Dr. She considered my food preferences and goals and proposed a comprehensive plan of what to eat, when to eat and the order in which to eat. To my surprise, this including many of my favourite treats. Though there was a lot of information, it was explained simply, and this helped me to understand better. Dr Jhajj checked in and offered support and accountability and within just a month, I had exceeded my wildest expectations of weight loss, but more importantly, I felt more energetic, emotionally stronger and genuinely like a new woman. I’m forever grateful to Dr Jhajj for helping me see what I specifically need to feed myself and preparing a step by step, easy to follow plan to help me achieve this, while enjoying my meals. Now, I’ve dropped a dress size in a matter of weeks, and when people ask how I did this, I just share her website! Thank you Dr Jhajj, it’s no exaggeration to say that you’ve changed my life.

Dr D’Cruz is a fantastic general paediatrician who has great communication skills and bedside manner . She investigates and treats pragmatically and is clearly very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her .

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

Dr Al-Saffar was amazing with my daughter. Very clear in her advice and very calm in her approach which was just what you need with a teenager. Her review was very comprehensive and I would definitely recommend her as she has expertise in many areas.
