Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!

My experience with Erin has been fantastic. I came to Erin needing someone who is especially strong in women’s health, which is quite challenging to find. I was suffering with my pregnancy and Erin’s experience and articulate approach not only made me feel extremely confident in the treatment plan but has helped me enormously to safely maintain my strength.
