Dr. Hull was very welcoming and friendly. He listened to and noted all my concerns and was very thorough in his explanations of my condition. I was put at my ease and did not feel rushed at all. I found Mr Hussain, to be friendly, courteous and super efficient, with empathy for me, my condition, and the treatment required, making the physical procedure far less daunting than it might otherwise have been. Throughout the process he clearly explained each step in advance and instilled great confidence in his expertise. These steps resolved my problem with suitable medication in a very short period. I wish I'd seen him years ago!
