I have been very impressed with Mr Eddy, his team, the service and facilities provided at Chaucer Hospital. I only wished I had reached out him when I first had Kidney stone issues in 2022. Never mind, at least I am safe hands now.

Mr Aho understood my concerns and how this impacted on my quality of life. His history taking and examination was exemplary. His explanation of the options to consider were clear and concise. His bedside manner was excellent and his surgical expertise second to none. I breezed through the HoLEP procedure and was back at work after 4 days and in the gym after 5 days. The procedure was not associated with any untoward discomfort. I now have a symptom score of zero, compared to a very high score prior to surgery. I can recommend Mr Aho as a top urologist, who is a leader in prostate surgery.

Dr Nedas was very friendly and personable, which is great when dealing with a young patient, and I was provided with all of the information and support I needed. His secretary is also excellent and very easy to get in touch with.

Dr Khan, was very professional and clear. He was straightforward and focused on the problem, and was determined to find the root cause / solution. I wish I saw him sooner.

I was extremely impressed by Dr Kwan MBE’s availability at such notice and how quickly he came back with my results. On both consultations he was very calm and explained everything in great detail which reflected his knowledge and experience in the subject of Nephrology. He ordered a very detailed battery of tests to obtain as much understanding of what was wrong with me. I had a good number of questions during my consultations in detail. Thanks for everything Dr Kwan MBE.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Gray and I can confidently say that he is an excellent doctor. From the moment I walked into his office, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel comfortable. Dr. Gray took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain his diagnosis and treatment plan. He was knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process.

Mr Acher was very thoughtful and friendly and explained everything about my condition to my wife and I. He was very supportive from start to finish and treated us with respect and alleviated any fears and concerns we had. He came to see my wife and daughter late into the evening to tell them that all went as expected and that I was in recovery.

I could tell that he had huge experience and knowledge, and he treated me with respect.
