I was recommended by a friend who had the same Bilateral refractive lens replacement with Trifocal lenses that I was looking for and I am so pleased I followed that advice. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. Miss Saw is highly professional, extremely thorough, and communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process, so I felt confident every step of the way. During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. Miss Saw clearly explained: my diagnosis; all of my options; and provided excellent information regarding the surgery and aftercare. During the surgeries she explained what was happening, as a result I felt at ease during the operations. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills.
