Good staff and friendly atmosphere.

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

My consultation with Mr. Cascarini was excellent, as always. He is an exceptional doctor, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and showed empathy and care.

Anika was extremely helpful and went over every thing thoroughly. I had steroid injections done and feel much better as a result. I would 100% recommend them

The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

Great experience, super friendly helpful staff

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!
