I had the best experience in my life, the first time as a patient in Charing Cross hospital. I can’t find anything negative in this hospital, the staff nurses, doctors, consultants, domestic staff members, cleaners, waitresses, everyone which contributed to my care, was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, supportive kind people. Our family have been with Naval Mair's practice for about 27 years now. Naval is an extraordinary practitioner - a brilliant, knowledgeable osteopath, very caring, with a wholistic viewpoint. He has helped all our family and friends on numerous occasions. His team have always been excellent too. He really is the best osteopath. We trust him completely.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.
