Firstly I was very pleased that I was able to arrange an appointment with Dr Ramrakha fairly quickly. He was very thorough in examining my recent medical tests at A & E with reference to a recent angina problem. I was pleased that he was going to arrange more tests and amend my medication. Excellent concise and relaxed presentation of facts and treatment

Gave definitive answers to my questions. Explained my condition and options regarding treatment. Dr Webb made me feel at ease.

I had a consultation with Dr Patel a while back, followed up with him doing an angiogram and then fitting a stent. He is a lovely man, very calm, relaxed and friendly and who gave me every confidence that he would sort out my problem.

So far he has been very helpful, I am awaiting tests and a follow up meeting shortly.

Dr Spratt oozed knowledge and understanding leaving myself with no doubt that my issue would be corrected. He picked up fairly quickly how nervous I was and put me at ease.

The outpatient consultation with Dr O’Gallagher was thorough. He had clearly taken the time to read through the many medical reports, demonstrated kindness and compassion towards my husband (who had recently had a heart attack) at a time of such heightened anxiety. He explained his findings and set out the options available so clearly. Most importantly he followed through on all the actions and seemingly fixed my husband. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others who may find themselves in a similar situation and are trying to navigate healthcare services at such a difficult time.
