Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ducci as a psychiatrist. She is not only highly educated, trained, and experienced, but also deeply caring and listens closely. Dr. Ducci's communication style during our therapy is clear and based on our relationship of mutual trust. In my experience Dr. Ducci 's therapeutic guidance is extremely constructive and practical. In fact, after stopping therapy for a few years, I chose to return to Dr. Ducci to resume my therapy to cope with my depression and life choices because I found her so helpful.

After EMDR sessions I noticed a significant improvement in managing anxiety, coping with stress, building self-esteem].. If you're looking for a psychologist who is not only knowledgeable but also kind and empathetic, I highly recommended Dr Mehat . Her approach truly helps people move forward and make positive changes in their lives.

This is the first time in a long time that I feel I have someone in my corner who understands me. I am grateful for the team in seeing me so quickly and the whole process is made very easy to understand. I cannot rate Monica highly enough. I approached Monica due to blood tests which severely put me on the Diabetic spectrum. Monica quickly assessed my condition liaised with my consultants and put a diet, and put together an exercise, which i am amazed, that in a matter of a few weeks has started to reverse my condition whereby my Blood Glucose HBA1C levels are returning to a normal state. Monica is so knowledgeable about my condition and what needed to be done, her explanations and directions were clear and precise. Monica arranged regular meetings to asses if we were on track and making positive progress. Monica thank you so much, I would have no hesitation in recommending you. Well done .
