The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Spire Bushey Hospital provides excellent patient care. His team were attentive and caring and the possibility to do all diagnostic tests within the building is an added bonus.

Genesiscare has an exceptional team from the moment you step into the room, feeling scared and uncertain. Lore, Ciara, Melissa, and the newest team member, Chanel (hopefully spelled correctly), immediately put you at ease with their warm and welcoming presence. They are truly a wonderful team. The clinical team, including Mimi, Assia, Shelley, Chelsea, Josiah, and Elma, are also the best of the best. They provide unwavering care for each patient under their watch, never faltering in their dedication. With the patience of saints, they are another wonderful team who truly represent the backbone and spirit of Genesiscare. If I have any recommendation at all, it would be the lavatory inside Genesis Care, should be designated for use by the clinical and admin staff and patients only, and not be accessible to engineers or builders in high visibility clothing. I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness level after I followed them in following my radiation treatment. Thank you team for caring

Staff were so great, friendly caring I felt so well looked after… the clinic is so clean

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with friendly reception staff and a wonderful team of radiographers and nurses.
